Psychological support
We offer psychological support to children and parents where the child has an established contact with our pediatric clinic and is aged 6-17 years. Psychological support is also offered to children who have been assessed for ADHD at the pediatric clinic. We provide psychological support within the framework of the pediatric clinic’s mission.
Other patients should, according to Region Stockholm’s new rules, be referred to the general practice where the child is registered or to BUP.
We offer treatment for a range of different difficulties such as anxiety, depression, acting-out behavior, and parental support regarding issues such as food and sleep.
Our assignment is to treat children whose problems have not yet grown so large that shorter contacts may be sufficient. If you are young and experiencing mental health difficulties, you can read more here.
Center for Mental Health
We have child psychologists and specialists in pediatrics and child and adolescent psychiatry working with us. We assess and treat ADHD. We also provide support and treatment for mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. We offer psychological support within the framework of the paediatric outpatient clinic assignment.
