Welcome to refer to Mental Health

We work on behalf of Region Stockholm and assess children (14-17 years old) born in 2011 or earlier for ADHD.

We offer ADHD assessment and treatment within the framework of the pediatric outpatient clinic assignment. We accept referrals for new visits from school doctors. In some cases, we can also accept referrals from pediatricians or child psychiatrists. We also accept referrals for medical treatment of diagnosed ADHD. We provide medication for children between 6-17 years old with ADHD who have been assessed at our clinic.

In order for us to accept your referral and make an accurate assessment of the child’s difficulties, it is important that we receive the following documentation.

• Problem description/symptom profile
• Copy of principal-approved assessments such as pedagogical mapping, psychological, social, and medical evaluations conducted in connection with the school’s assessment of the child, including measures taken by the school.
• Results of previous assessments such as vision and hearing tests, child health centre records, birth records, and speech therapy assessments.

• Nordic questionnaire for the assessment of children’s and adolescents’ development and behaviour
