MARTINA CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL
Complaints and Comments
At Martina Children’s Hospital, we always strive to provide the highest possible quality of care. If something has gone wrong in the care provided, we want to know about it. As healthcare providers, we are also obligated to investigate what happened and take measures to prevent it from happening again.
If you, as a patient or relative, have a complaint or feedback regarding Martina Children’s Hospital in connection with care and treatment, it is primarily the department you visited that should receive and address the complaint. The department is best positioned to explain what happened and take measures to prevent it from occurring again.
